WHY  is Education credential evaluation needed?

You know as foreign trained individuals we all have different grades and levels of education and degrees in different countries. SO when we apply to US schools how would they understand so many different things? So In order to standardize it , this education credential evaluation is done by a non profit organization. It helps academic institutions, professional licensing bodies and employers by evaluating degrees and diplomas earned abroad to determine their U.S. equivalencies.

There are 2 types of education evaluations. Both are valid for 5yrs.

WES- World education services

WES is widely accepted worldwide and mainly for  Canadian dental schools you need this.

ECE- education credential evaluations.

For US dental schools, ECE is widely accepted. SO please go for this one only.
